Learn to ski without any stress
The Galtür ski resort is perfect for families! A manageable 43 kilometres of slopes, wide beginners’ runs and short queues at the lifts make skiing with children a relaxing experience rather than a stressful ordeal.
The Galtür Ski School offers professional courses for children of all ages. Whilst the little ones learn to ski through play, you parents can carve your own turns on the more challenging slopes or simply watch from the sun deck.

If you’re looking for a change from skiing, the natural toboggan runs in Kappl and See are just the ticket. The whole family will have a brilliant time on these few kilometres!
In Kappl, the run is even specially lit every Wednesday for night tobogganing. A truly special experience!

Galtür Ice Rink

The ice rink in Galtür is an absolute winter highlight for your holiday. On perfectly groomed ice, you can skate together, play ice hockey or simply enjoy the winter atmosphere.
Ice skates can be hired on site. The rink’s manageable size makes it particularly ideal for children.
After a few laps on the ice, you can warm up with a hot chocolate in one of the nearby cafés. The perfect afternoon away from the slopes!
