Summer at restaurant Route 75
The summers are all about austrian-american Kitchen. At our new restaurant Route 75 our chef will spoil you with unique à la carte creations on the sun terrace. Of course, we also place great importance to regionality, seasonality and quality of the products used for our à la carte menu.
The entire Route 75 team is looking forward to treating you from July to September with culinary delights.
Cool Foodtrailer in Winter
New in the winter season is our cool food trailer, which is located directly in front of Alp Larain and replaces the classic restaurant in winter. Here you can get the best of our dishes to take away or you can enjoy them directly at the trailer at our bar tables. We are delighted to be able to provide you with Austrian & American delicacies in winter too! In summer we will start again as usual with our Á la carte terrace.

Culinary recommendations
In winter the kitchen in our house remains closed, but you still don’t have to miss any culinary highlights during your vacation.
We can especially recommend our Walserstube, which is located only a few meters away from the AlpLarain in Mathon. The restaurant is always well frequented, so we ask you to reserve a table in advance, preferably at the time of booking.
There are three more restaurants that can be reached by foot. If you want to try out even more, there is a wide variety of options in Ischgl, which is also nearby. Be open, be curious and try out the culinary world the Paznaun valley has to offer.
