We ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price at least 30 days before arrival. The remaining amount can be paid either by bank transfer up to 1 week before arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival. Please include the reservation number on your payment form.
In summer we have a special offer for children up to 6 years. Per full-paying parent, the stay in Alp Larain is free for one child (in the extra bed).
- Up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge.
- From 30 days before arrival, we charge 30 % of the total price.
- From 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
- In case of no show we charge the total price.
The rooms are cleaned daily (except the kitchenettes in the “cozy living” studios and the apartment).
For the apartment there is a one-time final cleaning fee that amounts to € 100,00.
In winter dogs are not allowed in our house. In summer dogs are allowed in certain rooms on request.
