The Paznaun High Trail
130 km through the entire valley
Once a year, this 130-kilometer long-distance hiking trail becomes the setting for the Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail (PIUT), one of the toughest and most beautiful trail running events in the Alps. Those who want to take the route at a leisurely pace can hike in stages from See via Kappl and Ischgl to Galtür. Along the way, you’ll be accompanied by the towering peaks of the Silvretta, Samnaun, and Verwall ranges.
